Imagine two pieces of metal the same size and the same shape.
On both ends of the two pieces of metal is a plastic handle with a circle in the middle.
The circles are big enough for you thumb and fingers to fit in.
In the middle the blades are connected by a nut that allows the blades to open and shout.
The blades are connected together and are as sharp as a knife.
The paper can now be sliced.
